Research: The laboratory takes a structural approach to understanding fundamental mechanisms in cell signaling and trafficking. We have particular emphases on large multiprotein complexes and on understanding the roles of ubiquitin, phosphoinositides, diacylglycerol, and cholesterol in signaling and trafficking.
